Is tarabi namaz compulsory? Do everyone have to perform tarabi namaz?[05 Sep, 2010]

I want to ask if a person having fast and he got discharged due to wet dream in the afternoon. then he still is with the fast or his fast is void?[04 Sep, 2010]

In our Masjid in North America they prayed Traveeh without the moon sighting and the management insisted that it is ok to do that and if we don't see moon that it will consider as nawafil. My question is that is there any reference from the Islamic hisotry that Taraveeh wihout moon sighting is permissible? In my opinion by doing this our masid is starting a new bidah/innovation in Islam. Please advise with your detail answer.[05 Sep, 2010]

My Question is that, I know many people of my area who have interest (sood) in their earnings, and they will also pay their chanda.And i also have doubt that many people donot earn their income in a halaal way (i.e they lie in their business , do real estate etc..) and they will also pay their chanda.Is it permissible to attend the iftaar in the masjid?[04 Sep, 2010]

I'm frm chennai and in our area we used to celebrate the mid of shabaan by reciting 3 times surah yasin after magrib salah and use to perform Tasbih nafil salah after Isha prayer(whicch they postpone after 9pm) and after tht we used to go n visit the grave and dua for them and some masjid they used to decorate with lights etc etc. Pls inform me whether doing all these things are under sunnah or under Bidaa if bidaa pls give a sound and great warning abt this act so tht i can show ur fatwa to our familly members and other inorder to avoid frm these types of Bidaa and pls dua for all our brother n sister in India as we are doing much acts which are against Islam Awaiting ur earliest reply[04 Aug, 2010]

I would like to seek advise regarding the following questions on Itikaf in the Hatam Sharif at Mecca during Ramzan 1] As no toilet and wudhu facilities are available within the mosque complex at Mecca is it permissible for one who is observing Itikaf during the last 10 days of Ramzan to use the facilities created in the underground outside th masque in front of Bab Abdul Aziz. 2] As no food is permitted to be brought into the Masque is it permissible to go to the nearest food outlet and get the food for oneself for Sehri and Iftiyari especcially when one one else is there to fetch the food and can the food be eated just outside at the entrance to the Haram as one is prevented by the authorities to take the food inside the mosque. 2] Is it permissible to take a bath and or change clothes while in Itikaf.[04 Aug, 2010]
